BYRON BAY. Last day. Walking to the beat of the drums

Our last day at byron continued on the theme of relaxation and simple pleasures – our highlight being an afternoon stroll along the beach

Archie had a big day of running about and driving poor beach goers insanse with his incessant yapping.

And as a consequence, on our little walk, he proved to be very stubborn

and ridiculously dedicated to holding onto his ball!

It was a stunning afternoon as the sun gradually set over the waters reflection

We finally made it to the point where town starts and were welcomed with the sight of locals/backpackers who congregate here each evening to fill the air with the sound of drums

Adults and kids alike banged away in rhythmic synchronization whilst many watched on

and the setting sun created a wonderful silhouette of drummers against the incoming ocean

An evening well spent
